Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Oswego

Great food and service with great ambience, despite a pretty full house table conversation was easy which is not always the case in Chicago restaurants. Will definitely return to sample other items on the menu.

As always our visit to Hardware was a lovely time! We love how family friendly it is there but also feels upscale and cozy! We had the Burrata app and brisket tacos which were fabulous. I always get the Ragu as it is never disappointing and I crave it when I don’t get it. My son absolutely devoured his kids chicken fingers - wish there was an adult version of this plate! Service was wonderful and attentive too!

Our first time to Two Brothers and we loved it! We had several craft beers - outstanding! Food was also outstanding - Chicken Piccata, Prime Rib, and Walleye. Only the burger was disappointing - somewhat dry and the bun, not so good. Service was fantastic. Food came fairly fast even though it was packed on a Saturday night. Overall, highly recommend!!

My cousins and I gathered for a holiday celebration and enjoyed Tea at the Colonial Room. The servers were all very attentive and friendly. The ambiance was perfect. We were able to hear each other talk in this relaxing atmosphere. All of the Tea selections were beautiful and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
