Le Shanahan's est l'interprétation moderne du steakhouse classique. Le Shanahan's est un steakhouse et restaurant de fruits de mer servant du bœuf de qualité USDA du Midwest avec une sélection signature de découpes de viande « avec os » qui n'est pas proposée dans la plupart des steakhouses. Ses fruits de mer fraîchement pêchés sont tous acheminés par avion chaque jour pour assurer une qualité optimale et une saveur exceptionnelle.
