Le Shanahan's est l'interprétation moderne du steakhouse classique. Le Shanahan's est un steakhouse et restaurant de fruits de mer servant du bœuf de qualité USDA du Midwest avec une sélection signature de découpes de viande « avec os » qui n'est pas proposée dans la plupart des steakhouses.
