Chef Stephanie Izard and her team are thrilled to have joined LA’s vibrant restaurant community and continue our tradition of serving bold-flavored foods in a fun and lively family-style setting. Stephanie and her team have also crafted new dishes inspired by California produce and local flavors, like carrot-tahini dip with tahini tofu, and curried goat with radishes, pickled vegetables, and masa chips. Le Traxx Restaurant et le Traxx Bar sont situés à l'intérieur de la magnifique et historique gare Union, au centre-ville de Los Angeles. C'est un restaurant gastronomique avec une ambiance décontractée et une atmosphère détendue. Le restaurant sert des plats américains de style bistrot, bien conçus et bien présentés. Il est ouvert pour le dîner (de 10h30 à 14h) et le souper (de 17h à 21h), du lundi au samedi. Le Traxx vous propose des places dans le hall (situé en face du restaurant, à l'intérieur de la gare Union), dans la salle à manger et dans la cour, sur la terrasse extérieure. Le stationnement est gratuit pour les clients qui prennent un repas (valide pour une période de deux heure et demie, pour les lots B, D ou le service de voiturier).
