Last night's boudin blanc is a treasure -- only prepared in December, and it runs out in early January -- is it a delicate, flavorful white sausage that is like eating soft clouds of umami. So good! Also, the lamb two ways was exceptional -- small rack plus lamb confit wrapped in dark leaves, served on a flavorful couscous. They also happily prepared a vegetarian version of their gemelli carbonara, with chunks of squash and forest mushrooms. Bartender Scott remains a standout -- makes great drinks and is funny and whimsical. Owner Dave was gracious, as always. They've expanded their beer selection on tap to include some nice dark brews. Great for winter sipping. They were happy to customize our meals to accommodate our food preferences. Every meal that I, family & friends have had here or at their other locales, received a 5-star rating. Today’s Birthday Brunch was my gift to a lovely young woman. When she noted that the salad dressing was not to her taste, the waiter promptly and cheefully brought her a fresh plate of greens and lighter dressing on the side. My tuna tacos were light, crisp, colorfully presented & fresh. The crème brûlée was also perfect and tasty. Ah…another satisfying meal!
