Best Contemporary American Restaurants in York Harbor

Wonderful food and an amazing view of the ocean. Unfortunately, our server Lisa, was not very friendly and we felt very rushed by her even though the restaurant was just half full. 

We had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Our server was excellent. The pace was gentle in a good way. Food was just amazing, as was the presentation. The dining room is warm and cozy and a little elegant too. The setting seems lovely but it was dark out - we’ll have to come back in the spring. I had put that it was my birthday in the Open Table reservation - they really lifted that up with some champagne glasses at the start and a spectacular special dessert at the end.

Excellent food well prepared. Both main courses were very good. Interesting cocktail choices for the winter months.

The manager, Deb, went above and beyond to make my mother's 85th birthday an unforgettable night. James, our server, was attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable about the menu. We sat on the rooftop in an igloo, enjoying the stunning view, delightful ambiance, and unique experience. A wonderful night had by all.
