The first bite—a piece of toro so fresh it practically melted in my mouth—set the tone. The chef’s precision was mesmerizing, from the way he sliced the fish to the delicate brushing of soy sauce. Fantastic food! You guys have to figure out that bar situation, though. You left at least another entire round on the table from a group of six. 10-15 minutes between ordering a beer and delivery is crazy.
