Exceptional service. We made two separate reservation for our family as they were not able to add another 4 to the initial reservation of 7 but on open table requested to have tables close to each other so we can still celebrate together. In the future, please check the open table reservations and comments on it so your staff can prepare ahead of time. In any case, the staff who received us and seated us were amazing. Exceptional PR skills. They made the round table work for us but unable to fit in 2. The manager's approach however needs a bit of work. He was not agreeable with adding few chairs at the table and wanted to sit the 4 people away from the big group. Meanwhile, the other staff already figured out where they would put the other two that did not fit. The two people with big hearts closer to our round table offered to switch tables. In the end it worked out but we did not appreciate being spoken to in a loud commanding voice telling us that we cannot be all seated together because in a big table of 11 it is squishy and will take so much time to serve us and will take more than an hour for our order to come. Regardless, it was busy we were prepared and understood that and its Valentines. What was important was sitting together. Its the less warm approach from the manager that was not appreciated and the situation could have been handled without a reprimanding tone. The rest of the night was perfect! All the servers who assisted us were great!

Great food and atmosphere. The wine prices could use an adjustment, quite high prices by the glass.

Nice dining experience and the dishes are creative. Noteworthy for me is the lamb skewers cooked to perfection , crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the XO risotto, the umami of the XO sauce nicely complements the richness the risotto. However, the steak fell short for me. Although it was grilled on both sides, the steak was cold. I like my steaks medium-rare but this steak felt like a rare.

My wife and I sat at the bar and was served by Andrew, and all I have to say is WOW. The service was impeccable, the drinks were amazing, and the food was out of this world. We've been to a handful of nice restaurants but never experienced such attentive and kind service before. Andrew suggested a few things to eat and each item was better than the last! We also asked if he could recommend us some places to eat and see around vancouver and he went around to all his coworkers asking for recommendations and wrote them down on a card and gave it to us. We will most definitely be back here again! Thank you for such a memorable experience.
