Levan is a restaurant in the heart of Peckham serving contemporary European dishes, inspired by the ‘bistronomy’ movement and our favourite eateries in Paris, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Stockholm and Berlin, with a focus on low intervention wines. An intimate & informal space, with a DJ booth & bespoke sound-system: Jazu is a Hi-Fi Cocktail bar that offers serious drinks and music. In the kitchen, we run a rotation of pop-ups – with February being host to a month-long residency by GrillBird. A menu of yakitori & small plates, chefs Ben and Scott (previously of The Quality Chop House) adopt a no-waste ethos, using every part of the bird – which are sourced from Fosse Meadows Farm.There's Homemade Shokupan - a light and fluffy Japanese milk bread - served with Miso Butter; crunchy-coated Karaage chicken with hot maple syrup; and skewers that include Chicken Liver w/ Black Vinegar Caramel, and the Tsukune w/ tangy Gochujang & Cured Egg. For something sweet, there's Mitarashi Dango; traditional Japanese rice dumplings licked with a sweet soy glaze, served on a skewer with a sprinkling of peanuts and whipped cream.Previous residents include Lá Lôt; Duda Diner; Wavey Bar Hastings.

Canary Wharf workers have a new waterfront wine bar as Humble Grape opened on Mackenzie Walk, along the water’s edge.On the wine list you’ll find 30 wines by the glass (they’ll rotate these regularly) as well as more than 400 wines by the bottle all with the focus on wines from small family wineries that champion sustainable, organic, or biodynamic practices.
