We came late this time and the noise level was a bit better.More infoHalcyon BrasseriePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Montclair•4.6

My 91 year old mother has lived around the corner for 64 years and we’ve been to the restaurant off and on for special occasions over the last 40 years. The food was delicious and the service was fabulous from Hosts at door to our great Server Fernando to the table buss people. All so nice and very attentive. It’s a beautiful restaurant and felt very festive and special. Thank you so much.More infoOne if by Land, Two if by SeaPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Greenwich Village•4.6
- CChristopherPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoButter has been on mine and my wife’s list for some time since we love watching Alex Guarnaschelli and it did not disappoint. We came to NYC for the Macy’s Parade and had a group of 7 where we got many menu options to share around the table and everything was incredible. Trying the Gnocchi Mac & Cheese was creamy and textural and a personal favorite. A lot of thought was put into how simple dishes was elevated to something that just gives you that burst of serotonin. That staff was very polite, attentive, and helpful. The barkeeps crafted flavorful cocktails with combinations that at first we wasn’t sure of, but they ended up tasting balanced and smooth which I loved. The food itself came out quickly and without any errors for how many people we had with us. The ambiance of Butter was beautiful with great music in the background. I look forward to stopping in again the next time I am in NYC!More infoButter MidtownPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Midtown West•4.5
