Restaurant Esszimmer (Dining Room in English) is located in the heart of Berlin Mitte. It is owned by Thorsten Wanke with Richard Heinz as the head cook. The goal of the restaurant is to re-define German cuisine and bring a new taste to Berlin. Esszimmer's dishes include vegetarian and vegan cuisine, fried seafood, dressed salads, beef with sauces, pork, liver and steak. We began with the 98 cocktail which we enjoyed trying to guess the ingredients which was impossible and delicious. Sofia delivered an exceptional experience in the form of a six course vegetarian dinner. Paired with an excellent riesling we were very happy. Thank you to the entire team! Bravo!!
