- RRobertToronto / Ontario •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is a true dining experience. While portions appear small, there are many of them and elegantly presented. The sommelier is well versed in his product. All courses are well explained on service. The view, city or harbour is great. Dress is business casual, so not fussy, but not T shirt and ball cap. You are there to dine, not eat. That said, a $500 dinner should come with water…not at $9 per bottle.More infoDon Alfonso 1890Price: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Harbourfront•4.8
- HHeidiToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoLoved the zucchini fritti, the Margherita pizza, and tiramisu. Our server was also excellent. I found the appetizer selection was a bit on the pricey side and would have liked to see more moderately-priced options, but what we did order was definitely tasty!More infoFigoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Entertainment District•4.5
- MMichaelToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI had an amazing experience last night at Bar Prima. I've been dying to go for the longest time, and it did not disappoint. Jarred took great care of us. In fact, the whole staff was super nice and very attentive. Iain runs a tight ship. The food was well executed, tasted amazing, and looked super sexy. The wine I had was a great find, but now I can't remember the grape. Of course, the decor and ambience is fire. It is perfectly lit and nicely spaced out compared to most cramped places today. We felt well taken care of and I can't wait to go back and my 2nd choices. Oh, and the agnolotti is a MUST. Thanks to everyone for a great night.More infoBar PrimaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Queen West•4.7
- DDavidToronto / Ontario •53 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI wasn't sure a hotel based restaurant would work out for this this foodie but it was a very good experience. We shared an antipasto plate which was good. Then my wife had a carbonara based daily special, and I had duck breast both of which were excellent. We prefer white tablecloths but the modern decor worked while not as warm. Good selection of Italian wines. Excellent service. We will go again on a special occasion - it is not inexpensive.More infoTOCA - The Ritz-Carlton, TorontoPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Entertainment District•4.6
