Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea

Two of us went on a Sunday at 5 so the restaurant had just opened and was not very busy. Our waitress was very good and offered suggestions on the menu that we ordered and were very good. We had the bread with the olive oil, mussels and calamari appetizer, veal and bolognese.

The wife and I stopped by to grab some lunch before heading to Fort Lauderdale airport. The staff was extremely accommodating with our large suitcases and see us close to them. What a beautiful view in the restaurant fantastic service as soon as you walk into the door until it’s time to check out and head home. We tried about four or five items on the menu and everything was delectable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, think authenticity and culture with style. 

Gigi, our waitstaff person, was lovely and very efficient. Though we were seated in a small booth as a family of four with two people over 6’ tall, we made it work. Food was well made with healthy portions.
