Inspirés par un voyage en Italie fait en 2008, les chefs Ryan et Arturo sont heureux de vous présenter le Catania, nouveau membre de la famille Whisknladle Hospitality. Le restaurant sert une cuisine simple, saisonnière et authentique provenant de la côte italienne (très loin des adaptations italiennes de la cuisine tex-mex que vous trouvez dans la plupart des autres endroits).
