Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Smithtown

Our table was ready, been here a few times. Need more vegetarian pasta options. Had the duck special which was very good. Nice cocktail list. Apple crostata was average. Had a cozy date night dinner in a neighborhood gem.

Food quality, presentation and service was excellent

This was the first time we’d been to Alessandro’s since it was redone. Not for lack of interest; just a tough reservation to get! But it sure was worth the effort. The pace looks great, the service was as good as always and the food was better than I remembered. Best artichoke salad and chicken scarparella! Already can’t wait to go back. Bonus, Alessandro is the lost wonderful host. Always makes it a point to come say hi.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, good portions. The server had a bit of an attitude and was M.I.A most of the meal. Took longer to get the bill than get the food. Probably gonna give them another shot, the food was that good.

Hands down the BEST restaurant in Port Jeff. Food, atmosphere and service. And of course the bread!
