Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles. Food was fantastic! The portion sizes were huge. It was packed out being Valentine’s Day so we were surprised by how good the service was. It was a little bit on the pricier side but due to the portion size I think it’s worth it. I will defs be going back.

we were there as a group of people of eight for Valentine’s Day and although it was very very busy it was a fantastic experience. Food was on point and the atmosphere was electrifying.

Favourite restaurant in Sydney - incredible food for the price and such a romantic, cosy vibe. Staff are passionate about the food & wines. Can’t recommend it enough
