We did not know a band would be playing. We were there on a Thursday night, and the website and reviews do not mention that. We were seated right in front of the band, who were doing sound checks while we had appetizers. But, the band stopped with the sound checks. Our appetizers arrived, and they were wonderful. My wife had something called Sopes de Hongos (mushrooms on top of a sort of bread with a sauce) which were truly special. The band started playing around the time we ordered our main courses. They were not as loud as I expected them to be, and were really quite enjoyable. Our main courses were superb, especially my Callo de Hacha (scallops). Desserts were also wonderful, and the Tres Leches with pumpkin whipped cream was another wonder. Next time I will call ahead and find out if there is going to be music, and I will request a table further from the band. I will note that the band was great, but we were closer than ideal.

Went to the restaurant because of a recommendation and I’m glad i did it. Food is really great. Flavors are amazing. Something that got my attention is they make almost everything from scratch so I was able to modify some items to my needs. Really appreciate they did that. I would recommend their cocktails, their lobster sandwich and the wagyu aguachile (dinner item). I didn’t know but they have a dinner menu which is amazing with a lot of fine options. Definitely going back to try some other dishes since their menu is huge. Atmosphere was great. The place is in a very nice area and has kind of a Tulum relaxed vibe. Great music too. Service was also great with the server being attentive and really looking for us to have a great experience.

Marcel our waiter was fabulous. The food and drinks delicious. The margaritas are a bit on the sweet side for some folks. I had the strawberry cucumber and it did have a smidgen too much agave, but it’s agave…it was refreshing. We ordered the fajitas for dinner-the huge order for four people and shared it among five. Believe me it was more than enough. And the ribs were especially juicy and tasty. The inside is gorgeous but it could be a tad noisy but we could still hear each other talking.
