First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius. The flour used to make the dough is finely ground imported Italian flour and everything is cooked in an extremely hot wood burning stone oven for no more than ninety seconds.Ah'Pizz menu contains all kinds of classic Italian recipes. There is the traditional marinara made without cheese, the margherita, the salsiccia made with crumbled Italian sausage and the house specialty Uovo made with crisp prosciutto, imported burrata cheese and a roasted egg over a white sauce.
