Fran's is a neighbourhood caff on Wilton Way, offering British and Italian comfort food. All day English breakfast, fry ups, fresh handmade pasta. We welcome walk-ins throughout the day and take bookings for our evening menu from 5.30pm Thursday to Saturday. On Sunday we have our all day breakfast and weekend lunch menu until 3pm. We have our Wine Bar a few doors down, if you would like to visit pre dinner or while waiting for a table.Please be advised we do not take reservations for Breakfast or Lunch. For many years, William had wanted to open his own restaurant & finally he has. "The Cart Shed".Showcasing the best of local and seasonal food, much of which will have been produced on the family farm, but we aim not to travel more than 10 miles for any of our ingredients (except for the odd exotic like lemons for your G&T).We have rejuvenated the horticultural side of the farm. Along with poultry, quail and squab pigeons the farm is providing much of the food served in the restaurant.William & his friends will also be out with their guns & fishing rods to provide a little wild meat for the table such as venison, partridge, trout not to mention the humble wood pigeon and rabbit.After a couple of years of interruption caused by COVID & life things are now back to normal with a new team & a newly refurbished restaurant.We look forward to seeing you all soon.
