Exceeds expectations!!! The service was nothing short of exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive, providing insightful recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect without being intrusive. Even went above and beyond ensuring one of the guests with extreme food limitations had options. Each dish was delicious- and perfectly balanced. However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Napoleon dessert- the best any of us have ever tasted! The layers were perfectly flaky, and the creamy filling was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. It was a fitting finale to an already amazing meal. If you’re looking for a higher-end Italian restaurant that delivers on exquisite cuisine, exceptional service, and a wonderful ambiance, look no further. Our dinner at Gaia was amazing! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff is very professional, and welcoming. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was excellent, (little skimpy on the seafood in the pasta) but overall very enjoyable. Best gin drink I ve had in a long time. Nice options with the prix fixe.

Seated in the l9vely terrace with l8ght music playing was a delight.Thrre is a view of St.Patrixk's up one end and Radio City Music Hall in view on the other.The hostess and all the servers were attentive and accommodating.Every meal was cooked to perfection.

The cuisine was amazing, and the wine list was excellent! I paired the Cornas 2020 with the rack of lamb—an outstanding combination. The service was both friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
