- JJanetMelbourne •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was the first time my husband and I had come for lunch (usually dine there in the evening) and the waiter explained everything well. My husband ordered a glass of wine but I asked for a cocktail that I've had before that wasn't on the drinks menu. No problem. The barman hadn't made it before but it was perfect (so he got to make two). The food is always great at Vivace and today was no different. Thanks again.More infoVivace Restaurant BrightonPrice: Expensive• Italian• Brighton•4.8
- AAdeleEast Tennessee •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Christmas lunch - and what a scrumptious lunch the three of us had. The freshest, tastiest oysters, the most delicious thymey terribe, a generous charcuterie board, home made breads, and salmon tartare - sooo good. There was plenty of choice for all food preferences. Our mains of duck breast, beef fillet and scallops were all perfectly cooked and presented followed by an amuse bouche that was both tangy, sweet and very refreshing. Daughter and I opted for creme brulee which was perfect - not too rich or sweet, silky smooth with its glowing toffee crust. Husband had the apple and blueberry crumble which he declared to be “yummy”. All with friendly service. A lovely lovely team who gave up their Xmas day to provide a memorable meal and day for us. Thank you so much, and thank you to the chefs, kitchen crew - and to the awesome magician who provided great tricks and laughs.More infoChez Olivier Le BistroPrice: Expensive• French• South Yarra•4.7

- MMarkMelbourne •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024First time at the newly opened Ahoj. The menu was innovative ... a fusion of varied European influences on traditional Czech dishes. Our party tried a number of these, and they were, without exception, excellent. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive ... without being in your face. Prices quite reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a great experience! Wishing the team there every success with the restaurant for the future.More infoAhojPrice: Moderate• Czech• Brighton•5
