Celebrating our anniversary we had an exquisite pre fix dinner with one of my favorite champagne pairings delivered by Eugenio an excellent guide through the different bottles, and our server Carlos making sure every detail and every plate was an experience highlighted for our celebration deep thank you to all the staff for making it an unforgettable night.

Leave Juan Camilo to select your plates, guide your meal and set the mood. The staff is amazing and definitely should start it off with some cocktails; Their Negroni and Paper Plane renditions with their own infused liquors are to die for. First appetizer, Asopao with Bonnaire Champagne BTG that went perfect to open up the palate. Then order a bottle of wine to try the whole menu! You need 3 to 4 people to do this.Portions are great, flavors are delightful and the presentations are outstanding. Thank you Chef Massa and Chef Luazo! New favorite spot.

Kind of hidden, on a 2nd floor that looks you’re walking into a Speakeasy, however it is part of the experience. We were welcomed immediately. We had the ‘alcapurrias of manta raya( skate?) which were super delicious. My wife had the ‘salpicon de pulpo’ ( local octopus) which was freshest she have ever had and I had the ceviche of dorado which was fabulous. Accompanied our meal with a crisp light cool Spanish Godello wine. The chef came to our table to greet us and was very very nice. Finished our meal withthe Budin Coco Gelato which was very refreshing. All in all it’s a hidden gem in Caguas waiting to be discovered!

An amazing experience, the food was soooooooo good I couldn’t not devour it. The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection, the steak and duck fat fries were amazing!!!!!!!!!! Our server was so kind and amazing and attentive. It’s must to return here whenever I’m visiting San Juan.
