We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.

Situé à l’embouchure du canal de Delaware et de Raritan, dans le village historique de Kingston - à égale distance de New-York et de Philadelphie - , Eno Terra est un lieu incontournable où se retrouvent les amoureux des bonnes tables et les amateurs de bon vin. L’établissement a été fondé sur le principe du régionalisme, mettant en avant les ressources renouvelables locales, et en soutenant l’économie et les investissements de proximité. Ce restaurant défend une certaine philosophie dont l’idée principale est celle de préserver l’agriculture locale et l’environnement. La cuisine du restaurant rassemble le meilleur des marchés locaux et régionaux, et est complétée par les meilleurs vins du monde. Eno Terra se concentre sur les saveurs avant tout, et affiche une volonté de préserver les époques, les traditions, ainsi que l’utilisation de tous les sens exploitables par l’être humain. L’établissement a été construit sur les poutres d’origine du bâtiment qui abritait au 19ème siècle un grand magasin de poisson. Cet édifice possède une surface très importante qui a été restaurée. Le bar et la cave à vins laissent apparaître le bois de construction de l’époque, les joints de tenon et de mortier, ainsi que les clous d’arbre. Le lieu a été décoré par divers artistes de Kingston et de sa région.

T54 Restaurant & Bar offers modern, Italian cuisine in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel. Other delights include a Tuscan Roasted Half Chicken, Grilled Whole Branzino, and a beautifully presented Pot of Mussels. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. The 30 foot bar that can accommodate up to 14 people for cocktails or dinner, as well as an authentic Italian happy hour - Appertivi from Tuesday - Thursday. The inviting patio provides outdoor dining on weather permitting evenings. Massimo's 30 years of Food & Beverage experience in Italy and New York City shows in his hand selected wine list and speciality cocktails.
