We have been dining at One Coastal for many years, predating the arrival of James Beard Award Finalist Chef Matt Kern. We were so delighted that after One Coastal changed hands we were able to enjoy the same unrivaled, creative, fresh Delaware cuisine. Tonight our family ordered the duck and the rockfish. Both were expertly executed. The flavor profiles of both dishes were unusual, cohesive, and delightful. My husband and I both enjoyed our cocktails, a Duchess and a Ryanhatten. This was a magical evening. Setting is beautiful, food is lovingly prepared and presented by a friendly, attentive, professional staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience.

We come to the Hilton every year for Thanksgiving. This year I have to say the food was even better. It’s good every year, but it was really hot and the buffet always had fresh food. The staff is always quick and attentive to your needs. The only sad thing was since 2017 when we’ve been here they’ve always had their holiday decorations out which give it a festive feel and they didn’t do that this year.
