The coffee crusted venison carpaccio was tender and delicious. I had the squash angolotti that were plump and the creamy sauce has just enough truffle and pepper notes. My husband had the spicy octopus ragú and it was light and flavorful. Finished the night with a hefty pot de crème that was perfection. Conveniently located on the campus of Delaware Valley University with ample parking, the beautiful decor and ambiance were matched only by the excellent food and service. We went for Sunday brunch and shared French toast and a frittata. Both were delicious! Bread is served warm in a flower pot - how cute is that!?! Plus, there's a wonderful gift shop attached (3 huge rooms, also beautifully decorated and offering unique items.) There's outdoor seating as well. You can bet we'll return when the weather warms! It was a Saturday at 5 pm, an early dinner for us, and we were the only ones in there. So it wasn’t like the kitchen was slammed. We both got the 7oz filet mignon. Mine looked good although her cut looked terrible almost like a steak patty where mine was nice a plump. The mashed potatoes were cold and again we were the only ones there.
