Best Farm To Table Restaurants in University Circle

You approach and you think you are going into a joint, but once you walk in, you you know you are in a special place. I’m reluctant to write a review for the selfish reason of introducing people to the Blue Door Cafe. Let me state that the entire experience from the cocktails to the home made bread with honey butter to the four meals we ordered (there were only two of us), to the espresso and chocolate soufflé were, well, if I were Elisa Doolittle, I would be singing “I could have danced all night’’. That is the feeling you ant the Blue Door Cafe. Thank you to the owners, Micheal and Jen, and to Mike who tended to our wine for a lovely evening.

I absolutely loved my time at 1330 on the River, the staff were super welcoming and helpful when explaining their menu! Not to mention the food did NOT disappoint the brussel sprouts are amazing!!! Same thing goes with the salmon it was soooo good! The overall vibe of this place is awesome and I will definitely be returning!

Great dinner. The noise level was perfect for dining. Service and food were great. I’m currently dealing with an injury and the folks couldn’t have been kinder.
