So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Casual dining. Located on the top floor of the hotel, the Garden Grille & Bar offers views overlooking the city. The varied menu features Philadelphia favorites. Breakfast and dinner are served. Breakfast Hours- Saturday & Sunday from 7am- 11am, and Monday through Friday from 6am- 10am. Dinner is served daily from 5pm- 10pm. Bar is open from 5pm-11pm daily.
