Best French Restaurants in Amityville

We have been going to Sage for many years. Always a wonderful experience from staff to cuisine. In one sentence, great food at a fair price. We'll return. Of course.

This was our fourth experience having dinner here, at The Janes, and honestly, it was just as wonderful as the time before! The food and service are absolutely amazing! It is remarkable how friendly every single staff member is, and the food is perfect every time. My husband had the NY Strip with blueberry butter, and loved it, as did our friends who had joined us. They also had to try the flaming sticky toffee and the chocolate layer cake, which was delicious as well. Always a fantastic experience.

Owner is fabulous. Fun experience would recommend.

We had another delicious meal at Bar Frites the other evening. Our reservation was honored and we were seated at a very nice table for two. Our server greeted us very quickly. We then ordered our meals. I had the tasty chicken noodle soup. We shared the large Chinese Chicken Salad. We feel it’s more than enough for two people. It’s big, but if you’re hungry, you could probably eat by yourself. We really like the atmosphere are Bar Frites, it’s a terrific restaurant in definitely many ways. ⭐️⭐️👌⭐️🤩

Service was attentive but a little hard to understand (I am hard of hearing.). Food was delicious, I really like this place. It is a welcome change from the other national cuisines we have available.
