- JJimSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWhat a hidden gem...at least it was for us. We reserved the day before for prime time (7:30) and had no difficulty. We had a party of four and shared a number of small plates and a couple of entrees, which was plenty for us. The Dolmas were terrific, a great choice for a well known Med dish. But be sure to try some unusual ones...Borek, Artichoke Beignets, Roasted Prawns, and Roasted Cauliflower. The Whole Branzino was amazing! Lightly tart, buttery texture, crispy skin. Two bottles of wine, so we were feeling pretty good! Their staff was a delight...interested and engaged. All of Mediterranean origin, so we drew them into a game of "Where are you from." Our server was a young Kurdish woman, and our wine person was from Turkey. We really enjoyed them. All in all, a terrific experience. We'll go back. See you there!More infoBistro EmberPrice: Moderate• Fusion / Eclectic• Noe Valley•4.6
- RRochelleSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoCafe Cruz is the best. So many local restaurants have raised their prices considerably but Cafe Cruz has not. If they have raised their prices then it’s not enough to be noticeable. The food is consistently good and portions the same. It’s my go to place to take friends and/or family for a few decades.More infoCafe Cruz Rosticceria & BarPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Soquel•4.7
- CCherylSan Francisco Bay Area •7 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Excellent customer service. One of the new partners in the restaurant came to our table and talked about their vision. When he had to leave the restaurant unexpectedly, he made sure someone came back to our table to find out how our meal had been. Food was also excellent. There were just enough options on the menu—not too few or too many choices. We will definitely return!More infoRoja Los AltosPrice: Expensive• Californian• Los Altos•4.5
