Enjoyed what we ordered although both meals could have been served hotter(as in heat not spice). Not too noisy although personally not a lover of dogs in restaurants. Will be back.More infoThe Marlborough TavernPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Bath•4.5
- KKrisSurrey •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy first experience of this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. Food excellent, service brilliant and atmosphere was great. Prices are a little more expensive than other pubs but it’s worth it. The only thing that had a grey cloud was the moaning couple behind us that had nothing wrong with their food but wanted to moan for the sake of it. The staff handled it really well.More infoNorthbrook ArmsPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Winchester•4.7
- LLynneOxford/Oxfordshire •1 review4.0Dined 3 days agoA beautiful restaurant set back from the road in a beautiful setting. Staff are friendly and professional as well as attentive. The menu is varied are delicious for starters and mains, unfortunately for me I’m not keen on chocolate desserts and ice cream so dessert was not an option as in many restaurants. Why not a fruity dessert or an option with cream or custard. This was the only thing that disappointed me. A wonderful ambience and an enjoyable meal .More infoThe FishesPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Oxford•4.4
- JJohnWorcestershire •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe chose the table in the bar area which was ideal for us being by the log burner. Cold day! As a result it was a bit noisy from time to time, nevertheless we preferred it to the restaurant option. We enjoyed a very successful reunion with our university’s friends from the 1960’s and the food was good and the bill reasonable. We’d come again.More infoMasons ArmsPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Fairford•4.7
