We visited on a night when a big group were also dining, it didn’t affect our experience at all, we sat right in front of the kitchen which our little boy loved and we could see the chefs preparing the wonderful food. Food was delicious!!, service great, and the atmosphere of an old pub was perfect. We ordered the Griffin Autumn salad with smoked chicken - cooked to perfection, and the salad flavors were perfect, and the Chicken Ale pie, which was tasty also.
