- KKatieVIPLondres •113 commentaires5.0Y est allé il y a 3 joursOne of the best value Michelin star dining experiences in the South of England, we love it here. We had the festive tasting menu and every dish was a banger once again (although the turbot was slightly over but we didn’t care, we were loving life with their very generous wine pairing pours). The trout, suckling pig and chocolate orange were my highlights this time. We will be back for our third visit very soon.Plus d’informationsThe Fordwich Arms RestaurantPrix : très cher• Pub Gastronomique• Canterbury•4,8

The menu was quite limited but everything was produced to a high standard of presentation and flavour. The service staff were excellent and very friendly and the ambience of the dining area was very relaxing. When I advised them it was my partners birthday they made her a lovely birthday candle dish. The pricing policy was not cheap but was great value for money. Overall an excellent experience and I expect to return again soon.Plus d’informationsThe Radnor ArmsPrix : raisonnable• Britannique Moderne• Folkestone•4,7

While the menu is very similar pubs in the same Pickled Egg Group the ambience and quality of staff puts it head and shoulders above the rest. While the menu is unadventurous it does deliver good food at reasonable value. Deserves its reputation as one of the best pubs in KentPlus d’informationsFive Bells InnPrix : raisonnable• Pub Gastronomique• Monks Horton•4,6

We chose the arancini which were delicious and enjoyed a very tasty venison croquette, followed by delicious pheasant breast for the main course. My husband had the cheese board and I enjoyed the chocolate fondant for dessert. The ambiance was lively, the music at a good level- not too loud. For a Thursday evening, it was busy, but the waiting staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely return.Plus d’informationsThe Duck - CanterburyPrix : cher• Pub Gastronomique• Canterbury•4,5
