As an acknowledgment of their collective history, they named a signature cocktail—the Chelsea 1724—after their neighborhood. Darwin & Paul grew up in Chelsea on 17th St and Peter & Christine lived on 24th St. They are joined by Patrick Callaghan who has been working with Peter for many years.

Currently, Tavern 29 has three floors of service available. Our outdoor rooftop is open but with an enclosure for the winter season.
