Love the food, consistent quality and excellent service

We were a party of 6, we were celebrating a birthday lunch, and it was wonderful, the staff were attentive and the food was fabulous, thank you for a great afternoon

Three of us had eye fillet and two barramundi. All meals were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were all amazingly friendly and patient. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

Only feedback was we ordered two steaks one medium rare and one medium. Medium rare was cooked to be perfection!! Unfortunately the medium was past well done, dry and unedible. Overall we enjoyed our visit but wouldn’t order the steak again. Thanks

I visited Sir Charles Darling Hotel for the first time and it lived up to its excellent reputation. From the ease of booking a table to receiving excellent service upon arrival was first class. Our food choices ware varied and we all had an excellent meal. All staff we met were very helpful and friendly and are a credit to their employer. We can’t wait to return
