We recently dined here and had the pleasure of being served by Alice. From the moment we were seated, Alice made our evening truly delightful. She was incredibly lovely and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Alice went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making sure every detail was perfect. Her cheerful and fun demeanor added a special touch to our dinner, making it a memorable experience. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was genuinely interested in making our evening enjoyable. Her knowledge of the menu and her helpful recommendations were spot on, enhancing our dining experience. Alice’s exceptional service and warm personality truly set her apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better server and look forward to dining with her again soon.

I celebrated my 22nd (Taylor's Version) birthday here, and I was beyond happy that I chose to! I was treated very warmly by the entire working team, and I was overwhelmed with so much happiness! Our food (Cacio E Pepe, Prawn Saffron Spaghettini, Kick' N Fried Chicken Sandwich alongside the Prosciutto & Arugula Pizza) came out in a reasonable time, and was ecstatically brought a tiramisu as well! The team treated me with such appreciated warmth, and I really enjoyed the time I had!

So good, I went twice in a week! If you are looking to eat, go anywhere, but if you are looking for a true food experience, ELEM is it. Upon entering the restuarant, the vibes, the sounds, the different rooms, the food, the drinks..represent the concept, all the elements! Yes, it may be pricey, but if you want creative cocktails, well thought out food, and hospitality and service that understand and combine all the elements for a food experience that you can't find else where, ELEM is it!

Excellent service and food! I never get tired of coming to this restaurant. Love their Hunan Kung Pao and cajun chicken sandwich the most. Positive vibes coming from all the staff too. Highly recommend.

As a first timer, me and my husband had an excellent experience , happy to be back there next time.
