However, the grilled protein station, although a good selection, was very disappointing - incomplete order, undercooked chicken and over-cooked calamari. The service was attentive and, post complaining about the food received from the grill, the head chef was very apologetic - even brought us a custom chocolate plate to pacify our disappointment.
