Fantastic dinner as always! All aspects were top Knotch! We love to go to Bistro North. Very personable staff.

We were greeted and served in a most friendly and efficient way. I ordered my favorite meal of Baby Gem Lettuce and Duck. The duck was outstanding, prepared just right. The Caviar Bumps served over Olive Oil Gelato were innovative and very good. My glass of Sauvignon Blanc was priced moderately but disappointing. As far as dessert, it was limited with few choices. I plan to return as this is one of the few places where we can relax and make conversation.

Food & service were excellent. We’re repeat customers and keep returning. Just wish the ambience was better. Pretty drafty, but other than that it’s great.

The staff was very helpful. We asked that we be seated in a regular table not a high top as we are seniors. The table was reserved for later but they seated us. Food service was great. The waitress took drink orders quickly and came back for food orders, appetizers and salads were served before main courses as requested.

This place is amazing we have been coming to Vail for 6 Christmas holidays and I cannot believe we haven’t been here. The ambiance food service is exceptional! This will be a regular visit from now on for our family. The food is amazing and variety is amazing! The lamb ragu with papperdille and ricotta was so delicious and the short rib was to die for. Bison steak unreal. Crudo app so so flavorful and perfectly appointed. Dessert so so good!! Staff so attentive entire time we were there. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to come again!!
