The most beautiful presentation of a cocktail ever, the Rose Negroni tasted good as it looked with a fresh rosy pink tea rose frozen within an ice ball. We started with the deliciously tender crispy calamari and succulent grilled octopus. The mushroom risotto was to die for, so creamy yet al dente rice with lots of mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. The papardelle in a Bolognese sauce was also amazing!

Very good service, nice and worm atmosphere, very attentive. Pasta was excellent and fresh. I will definitely recommend and go again.

Wow. What a wonderful experience! This is our second time and we love this place more and more. Everything is perfect from start to finish and all is done to make you feel special. . Gracious and warm welcome, delicious truffle fries and Szechuan lettuce wraps, very attentive and personable service by Daijah and the bar manager Brianna. The decor is beautiful, the music is cool. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you!

My husband and I came here for a belated Valentine’s Day dinner. The valet service in front of the hotel was very quick and efficient. We sat outdoors, and it was very pleasant. Our server, Mariana? She was wonderful. We both had steak with mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. They had a woman singing karaoke for the entertainment. We really appreciated that the volume from the entertainment was on the subdued side so that we could easily talk. The singer was great and chose low-key jazzy romantic songs. What we especially appreciated was that the server asked us for our valet ticket to validate at the end of our dinner. We thought that was great because usually we have to ask or go somewhere to get it validated. Really excellent service we felt the ambience was classy, elegant, but not stuffy. It was beautiful on the terrace overlooking the intercoastal. We absolutely will go back!

So Good! Salmon is a delicious low calorie meal and the fettuccini is a yummy full meal. We sat in the open air patio. It was a very comfortable evening. Food options can be ordered off the Muse Bar menu as well. The local brew, Floridian, on tap completed our meals. This restaurant is very nice and convenient for the Hilton guests but accessible for others. Just self-park and your ticket can be validated after your meal.
