- FFee3poMobile •3 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoIt was nice. And that’s really all I can say. Was not entirely thrilled with flavor and for what they charge, you’d expect some serious innovation and creativity. We had a few things, a few of our waiters favorites, mostly seafood (apparently what they are known for) and so I was expecting more from our selections. Leaving little curiosity for the rest of the menu. It was good quality food but nothing was amazing, pretty standard. Desert and coffee was the best part. The ambiance, view and decor are beautiful but I don’t see any reason to return.More infoTrata on the RiverPrice: Expensive• Greek• Piermont•4.8
- FFernandoNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI stumbled into this restaurant by chance on a trip back from NYC. What a gem! First, the food quality is difficult to match. My wife and I chose the $34 menu and had to take food back home. Very generous portions. This restaurant has mothing to envy to Avras in Manhattan's E60th street. Their orange cake is definitely better than Avras. And then, add the super service. Very very friendly service, make you feel at home, Kristos, Scarlet, Lefteris and Lilian: Thank you for a great stay and meal.More infoLefkes Estiatorio - New JerseyPrice: Expensive• Greek• Englewood Cliffs•4.6

- HHarveyVIPNew York City •215 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024We always enjoy Axia. The zucchini chips as a shared starter is first rate. There's one vegan option, which is a good idea as my wife is vegan. Their pastitsio is served en croute. Only issue tonight was restaurant was full (good for the owner) but service was a tad slower than usual.More infoAxia TavernaPrice: Expensive• Greek• Tenafly•4.8
- JJayNew Jersey •29 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024We dined at Samdan to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything was wonderful from the time we arrived to our departure. We were greeted when we arrived and shown to a table. The menu is very broad, both in ingredients and in price. Our order was taken, water glasses were filled and wine was delivered. We did not take advantage of the ability to bring our own wine. We ordered a Shepards salad and some Babaghanoush … both were excellent. The time between courses was managed well. We waited a short time for our entree. We both ordered lamb shish which came with rice and slivered onion garnish. The lamb was very high quality and cooked to perfection. I had told the staff that it was my wife's birthday. We were given a very nice dessert with some candles. We've dined at Samdan in the past and have always been happy. This experience was just outstanding. My congratulations and thanks to the staff.More infoSamdanPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Cresskill•4.7
