Design of the restaurant is led by interior architect John Heah with a strong focus on art and craftsmanship complete with extraordinary signature wall panels, tables and chairs made by Mira Nakashima bespoke for the space.Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the intimate 46-seat Connaught Grill is under the direction of internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. I love everything, the food is delicious the waitress so professional and hospitable The chief is so amazing and kind He created a dish for us not in the menu 🤍🤍 because we brought a kid with us. And he offered us a complementary starter they are so kind all of them I like to go there frequently

Walked into an empty restaurant with no staff on hand to receive us. Went to the bar to advise we had a table reserved to be told ok take a seat. Sat there for 5/10 minutes before we went back to bar to order drinks. Then told sorry can only serve water as waiting for bar tender to arrive. Eventually the drinks order came but they didn’t have any Sauvignon blanc as requested and forgot one of the cokes. After this was resolved the food service was much better than our initial experience. Food was wonderful. Shame about the beginning.
