Yana Coogee, situated a stone’s throw away from the beach on the main promenade of Coogee, is inspired by Chef Same Lane's passion for the simplicity of cooking with an open fire and the feeling of being surrounded by great food, drink and company. The delicate smokey aromas from the kitchen greet guests as they arrive in our Australian inspired interior with exposed brick walls and leather seating booths - altogether, setting the scene for a delicious, fire-touched dining experience.     I highly recommend this fabulous gem in Coogee. Fabulous cocktails, great menu featuring cooking on open fire which adds another level to results. The staff were very attentive. A stand out was the home made burnt Basque cheesecake which literally melted in your mouth. Very reasonably priced as well. Overall a fabulous vibe.

    Great service on a busy Valentines Day, the staff were attentive at the right times. We enjoyed ceviche, steak, roast peppers and more with a bottle of Semillon, and finished with desserts. Everything was shareable and we didn’t feel rushed out of an early dining time (6:30).

    We had my daugters 21st here on Saturday night. Staff were very friendly from security to bar staff. Service was amazing! There was 24 of us .We had the brewers feast Which was so much more than we expected food tasted amazing!! Can highly recommend!
