Only part that needs a little improvement is ordering - love the idea of the app, but not a fan of some of the unclarity. For example - you order one portion for the table, not per person. We were running too late to make our Valentine's Day reservation at another sushi establishment so need a last-minute alternative. We were able to get a reservation 20 minutes ahead of time at Koto. The food and service were outstanding even while they were packed with a holiday crowd.
