Our story starts in the Indian valley of Kashmir. We are three generations who have been in the restaurants and hotels field. My grandfather started his humble beginnings at the Cecil Hotel in Shimla in the late 1930s; my father also joined the trade at Hyatt Hotels, from which he migrated us from India to Australia.Then I, Ankit, decided to open my own restaurant.
