Best Irish Restaurants in Ravenswood

We had 8 people on the Saturday before Christmas, had reservations of course, but due to the cold weather a few of us who planned on shopping got there way early and they were able to accommodate the early birds at a table, then move us to our larger table at our reservation time. The 2nd floor manager (forgot her name, sorry) was an Irish delight, so pleasant and efficient, our waitress was great. Food drinks and atmosphere were totally on point, it was a great evening with friends - 2 of whom came from out of state to visit NY and the NY Irish pub experience was perfect.

Our only spot for pre or post Broadway. Always great.

Food was great! Waiter had an attitude, he clearly understood what my brother was saying but corrected him because of his accent, then when he started bussing the table we told him to leave one of the plates on the table. We said it several times loudly and he blatantly ignored and didn’t ignore until after he threw it out right in front of us. Again the food was great and the restaurant had a nice ambiance but the service was a bit disappointing.

We mistakenly made a reservation for Bartley Dunes pub, instead of Fernando's Hideaway on the 2nd level. The staff graciously accommodated us with bar seating upstairs and my friends and I had a blast! Cute decorations, and tasty food and drinks. I had the smash burger and the passion fruit margarita mocktail. Music was perfect volume where you could talk without yelling. The staff was great, great service with a sense of humor. Would definitely recommend for a girls night out.

We ordered the nachos and prime burger. Both were very good. I wished the burger was charbroiled, but it was cook perfectly.
