There aren't enough superlatives to describe how flavorful everything is! The Esh flatbread was pillowy and warm, we fought over who got the last piece and ended up ordering more. Our Baby Gem salad was fresh, the dressing was tangy and the serving size was generous, it could be shared but instead we enjoyed leftovers for lunch the next day. The Moroccan Cigar was so good we ordered another, and the Grilled Calamari and Ribeye Bao Buns were amazing. For our mains we loved the Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye (grilled to medium rare perfection and presented on a skewer), and the Chicken Maschan's sides of cauliflower and roasted garlic were outstanding. We ordered a special appetizer for a main, the Butternut Squash ravioli, and the four large pieces were enough for a main considering all of the other delicious starters we enjoyed. We couldn't decide which dessert to share so we ordered three, Grandma's Biscuit Cake (a hazelnut and chocolate mousse, a must!!), the Date Sponge cake and the Esh Silan Sundae. Every single flavor was amazing, every single bite prepared to perfection. Can't say enough good things about the quality and flavors, we will be returning again very soon!More infoEsh Modern Mediterranean - FairfieldPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Fairfield•4.9

Great ambiance with the first hour open bar and mingling and then dinner, music and dancing. Head cheff, Neil Strauber did a wonderful job with the traditional Israeli cuisine and warm, family style inviting manner! Crispy Hanukkah latkes with sour cream and the sugared donuts were a highlight for me, but also the delicious hala bread with homemade humus and other dips, the fish and chicken schnitzel, yum!! Will definitely go again!!More infoThe Lobby Bar & GardenPrice: Moderate• Israeli• Chelsea•4.1
- SSusanGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Our server Leo was outstanding as were the other servers. The food was excellent! We requested a quiet table because one of the people in our party has hearing loss and the restaurant was very attentive to that when seating us. We were not rushed at all and the server was able to recommend several items which were delicious Had the branzino, lamb kabob, shnitzel, as large plates. Taboon "bread" was superb. Humous and Israeli salad were excellent. We decided to have dessert and the flourless chocolate cake and other dessert were scrumptious Will definitely go back! Thanks, Bustan for a wonderful evening.More infoBustanPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Upper West Side•4.8
