Best Italian Restaurants in Bolton

Excellent. Fast. Excellent service. Nice spot. Food was unexpectedly good.

We dined in the bar area at a booth, having an early meal at 5pm. The service, food, and seating were all fantastic. However, by the end of our meal, the noise level was so loud, we couldn’t hear each other speak. We intentionally dined early in the evening to avoid this issue, but to no avail. If you want a quieter space, I’d certainly recommend the dining room.

I love going to Nuovo and most often celebrate my birthday there. The food is excellent, and they accommodate my dairy allergy. Last night Natalia was our server and she was amazing! And of course Loretta, thank you for your kindness, as always! Love this place!

I ordered the arancini and eggplant parm. The arancini was tasty but both could have been hotter. It seemed a bit like the eggplant was assembled and reheated rather than prepared fresh. The sauce has great flavor. We had a nice evening and the meal was well paced. The restaurant was not as crowded as normal and I feel like if we were there on a Sat night things mights have been a bit tastier.

OpenTable thinks we didn’t show up. But, Anika took great care of us. And she earned a generous tip for her hard work and positive attitude. I’d go back again, but not if OpenTable again sends me a disgusting e-mail that accuses us of being a no-show.
