Best Italian Restaurants in Boulder Highway

We absolutely love coming to Esther’s, and it never fails us; it is always consistent. The food, the atmosphere, the service is always impeccable. We were surprised, we felt the duck benedict was lacking in flavor, and it was unfortunately underwhelming. They can’t all be winners, I guess! Everything else we had knocked it out of the park, as it always has the numerous times we’ve been here, new location and the old one. (The truffle polenta was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, just FYI) The service was wonderful, and we realized at the end of the brunch our server was the same who served us Mother’s Day. She was then, and was today, an absolute joy, very attentive, and incredibly helpful. She did not need to bring biscuits out, but we couldn’t argue… they were absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much again for making another celebration at Esther’s a wonderful experience!

Great food and service ! Ordered a pasta, chicken parm and a cesar salad, had a lot left over with three hungry people ! Definitely great pricing for the quality and quantity you get. I don’t even like Italian like that !!!

Overall on our Vegas trip, Giada was our favourite celebrity restaurant we tried. Crab arancini was crispy with a good sized morsel of crabmeat inside and delicious creamy tomato sauce for dipping. The signature lemon spaghetti and lobster ravioli were outstanding and perfectly cooked al dente. The pork pappardelle didn’t live up to expectations whereby the noodle was overcooked. The tiramisu and gelato were excellent. We would definitely go back!

First time visiting. Old school Vegas ambiance was so inviting. We loved the historical pics and decor. Our wonderful server too, so much time welcoming us and explaining the menu, he was so personable. He gave us some complimentary garlic bread, freshly made that was amazing. Not too garlicky just right, hot and fresh. We had the meatball and eggplant rollatini appetizers, both amazing. We shared the vegetable manicotti adding sautéed shrimp. The shrimp were a good size and very flavorful, manicotti was great. Martini’s were perfect, will definitely be back on our next trip.

The most impressive meal in Vegas!!! The food and service were 💯 The only thing that could make this better would have been a table side visit from Bobby Flay himself! We were able to select our red snapper directly with the fish monger and it was grilled to perfection!!! And whatever expresso martini you’ve had in the past … I’m just telling you to throw it straight in the trash, because Amalfi has THE ONLY real recipe - FAAAAACTS!!! Do not miss this dining experience on your next visit to Vegas! 😘
