We ordered a red Sangria and Giada-Rita to start things off (and ordered another Sangria before we were done). We shared the Meatball/Orzo appetizer which was very tasty, and then two pasta dishes (a lemon/zucchini with shrimp, and a cannelloni with short ribs) - both were excellent! We enjoyed our time at Giada and will return in future.More infoGiada - The Cromwell Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• The Strip•4.6

It was a busy night, but from the valet escorting my wife to the lobby, to our wait service, amd food, it was a perfect dining experience. The lighting was calming, the atmosphere was energetic but we also never felt ignored from the staff. Whether it was refilling our drink, to replacing our plates and utensils for our next course, it all flowed nicely. The quality of the food was evident from the appetizer course, where our Arancini balls were cheesy and flavored with truffle oil. Our salad, the Mimmo was light and flavorful with bits of mozzarella and tomato in a light dressing. We enjoyed the gnocchi pasta which was tender and almost melted on our mouths with a nice pistachio pesto sauce. We opted for the salmon, which had a great texture and sauce that was accompanied by grilled asparagus. Our second meat entree was the airline chicken with a delicious broth and sautéed spinach. The meat was tender and juicy and the skin was nicely charred. Lastly, we finished the meal with a tiramisu dessert that was light and the perfect way to end the night.More infoFerraro's RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Paradise•4.9

The food was absolutely amazing—we ordered the clam white sauce pasta, which was rich and flavorful, and the tartufi dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The service was top-notch, especially from the general manager who personally took care of us. Despite the restaurant being packed for Valentine’s Day, the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. Our food did take a little while to arrive, but given how busy it was, we completely understand. We are definitely coming back and can’t wait to bring our friends and family to try this place out. Highly recommend Carmine’s for anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding service!More infoCarmine's - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Italian• Forum Shops at Caesars•4.7

Four guests at that table not one person complained about food service or anything. It was very busy that night and the food was a few more minutes late than usual. But then here they come with more of those garlic bread slices and that put me at ease real quick. Oh the dessert forget it, once you eat that good night and sweet dreams or shall I say in our situation a very sweet night for the ladies with us. 10 stars my friends.More infoBootlegger BistroPrice: Moderate• Italian• South Las Vegas•4.8
- KKris2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA coworker and I have come to Las Vegas for an annual conference, and this restaurant has become our special place that we go when the conference is over to celebrate all of our learning and further involvement with the organization. The menu is outstanding! We were craving the muscles, which we had on our last visit, but they had been replaced with a tuna tartare, that is absolutely out of this world! I could eat this stuff every day and twice a day on Sundays. Very delicious. Our pasta courses were the gnocchi and the pumpkin caramelle. The gnocchi was absolutely outstanding, probably the very lightest gnocchi I have ever eaten in my life! The caramel was OK, the pumpkin flavor is lovely and the accent with Sage is very smart, but this was a little too Thanksgiving issue for me. Very delicious, but Wish we would have selected something different. Our main course was the whole Branzino that we had with the red pepper and chili pesto. Our waiter, Christopher also brought us a side of the lemon and capers sauce, and both were fantastic. While we were told that eating, the whole fish rather than having them, filleted was the ideal best way to go, my colleague, and I were relieved that our amazing waiter offered to serve the fish for us, which was super helpful given that I am totally afraid of swallowing a tiny fish bone. I did not think I’d be able to handle dessert, but my coworker wanted to try the Crosta, and it was a fantastic idea. It’s a lightish kind of apple tart that came with a cinnamon flavored crème fraîche which absolutely was the highlight of the dish. This restaurant will go down in history for me as one of my favorite places to die in Las Vegas, and if you are taking a trip there, whether you are anywhere near to Caesar’s Palace or not, if you like Italian food and especially Italian seafood, you need to check out this place!
