Meilleurs restaurants Italien à Westfield

First time at La Delizia. Food was really good (especially the lasagne!) staff were friendly, service was good. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Large open space with acoustic treatment in the ceiling which in such a space is 100% necessary. The restaurant was quite busy and 4 of us round the table could hear one another. It was a cold day, the place was warm, with overhead radiant heaters and a large log-burning stove was kept fuelled-up by staff. The tables, and the two sofas next to the log burner are pleasingly arranged; during daylight the ambience is bright and lively. The food was delicious. Mains are not cheap; 3 of us had pasta dishes which were sufficient in quantity despite being in the starter part of the menu and as such were good value. Could do better: I found the retro church hall chairs, although a good aesthetic fit, did not work well as dining chairs, as they are designed for a lean-back sit. Service was suitably attentive and happily unfussy.

Absolutely brilliant pizzas - mine was the white pizza with burrata and parma ham, my son had the daily special, a sort of spicy arrabiata with nduja. They offer 500cl carafes of wine, perfect for an early lunch. Do try the starters too - my nduja lasagne fritta were amazing. Very cheerful service, and prompt for a busy Saturday - but then we did book for 12 noon! By the time we left at 1, the was a queue of eight or so parties outside. We were very grateful to the table next to us for making sure we went to the football stadium by a sensible route and didn't try to walk!

The warm greeting when we arrived at the restaurant made us most welcome. We were served quickly and our drinks arrived promptly. The lunch ambience was excellent and the excellent service was complimented by the fantastic Spanish menu choices. The paella was probably one of the best I and my guests have ever eaten even when in Spain. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this Restaurant and the team that served us and I will be returning with my guests many times again. Brilliant choice

Great food and service as usual. Staff are very attentive but not overwhelming, food was excellent - an overall great experience and reasonably priced for the quality of food and surroundings, great evening.
