C'est sa forme qui vous frappe tout d'abord : une série de grandes alcôves dans le sous-sol du marché historique de Leadenhall à Londres. Pourtant, le bâtiment est tout sauf sombre. Des murs blancs lisses, alliant du linge de table et des éclairages soignés créent un espace intime lumineux parfaitement adapté aux dîners, même extrêmement confidentiels.
